We loved wonderschool for the 3+ years we were there. The team was consistently great regardless of any staffing swaps or changes. Interestingly, you would see some staff return after stints elsewhere; I think that was a good sign of the positive culture there. Wonderschool was superior to the other centres we were involved with, with a much calmer atmosphere, from infants to preschoolers. Great food, consistent leadership and room for staff to bring their best. Highly recommended if you can get in!

Our son went to Wonderschool Dickson for 4 years before moving on to kindergarten. Wonderschool truly felt like an extension of our home, giving us peace of mind while we were at work. We especially appreciated that it’s a small centre and that the educators stay there long-term. Unfortunately, we know that’s not always the case in other centres due to the high staff turnover in the industry. A special shout out to the management team, Fay and Min Young. We’re so grateful for your kindness and care.

My son attended the centre for three years until we moved out of area and had to seek care elsewhere. During the three years there was some staffing changes but we were lucky to have a great group of consistent educators who my son built a beautiful attachment to. Even though they weren’t in his room, he would run to greet them in when he saw them in the hallways. I felt my son’s boisterous energy was supported and positively channeled rather than suppressed. I was always able to raise any concerns with the educators and team leads and was met with understanding and support. Special thanks to Nisha and Tarun!

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent phone call while following up on my child’s enrollment form. A few days ago, I was verbally informed that my child had been offered a slot, and based on this confirmation, we made arrangements for the orientation scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 4 February 2026. I was also assured that the necessary documents would be sent to me via email; however, I never received them. When I called to follow up on this matter, the conversation was abruptly ended with the explanation that calls were being made to parents on the merit list to confirm continued interest. This was confusing, as I had already been verbally offered a slot and had confirmed my acceptance during the earlier call. I regret not having a record of that conversation to clarify this misunderstanding. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of clear communication and the administrative handling of this matter.

Clear communication is important to us, particularly when families are making significant decisions about their child’s care.<br><br>To clarify, during our earlier conversation via phone, an enrolment for your child was discussed, however confirmation was pending as you indicated you were unsure about accepting due to your new employment arrangements and if you liked your new employer. We were more than happy to be flexible and change your start date as required, however as we were gathering your email address, we lost contact with you. We did attempt to call you back twice; however, you did not respond. As a result, the enrolment was not finalised and documentation was not issued at that time.<br><br>We are always happy to revisit conversations and ensure families have the information they need to make confident decisions. If you would like to speak further, we welcome the opportunity to do so directly.<br><br>We wish you and your family every success as you settle into your new arrangements.

My son started at Wonderschool Dickson when it first opened. We met MinYoung and Jenny on the first Orientation day. Every day since then we have been overwhelmed and amazed by the care and support of each and every educator at Wonderschool. We have such confidence in all staff members and their ability to provide an educational and safe environment for our children.

We can't speak highly enough of Wonderschool in Dickson! Amazing facilities and they provide so much for the kids to explore and engage with. The educators are wonderful and give little updates on the app with what your child is up to and how much they've eaten etc throughout the day. Any issues we had were resolved immediately with great communication. My son went through all the rooms, from Nursery at 10 months old, to Senior Toddler at 3 years old and we loved every stage. It makes such a difference knowing that you're leaving your little person with people who will genuinely care for them and engage their bodies and minds with fun activities!!

We've been so impressed with the quality of care that our son receives at Wonderschool Dickson. He has settled in quickly, is happy to go in the mornings and is well regulated when we pick him up. It's a beautiful space and the staff are excellent.

This daycare centre is amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my 3 years old daughter and 18 months son get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way.

I am very satisfied with the care and education my son receives at Wonderschool Dickson. The educators are amazing. Highly qualified team, clean and lovely learning environments. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend Wonderschool Dickson for families looking for care for their little ones.
