My daughter has been attending St Michaels Out of School Hours Care for about four years, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The environment is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly, caring, and responsible. They truly go above and beyond to support the children, and their dedication gives me complete peace of mind while I’m at work. I deeply appreciate the entire team—without their support, I wouldn’t be able to manage my work commitments. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my daughter over the years!

The educators are what make this place so special. They know every child by name and genuinely take the time to connect with them. You can tell they truly care about the kids and encourage confidence, and create such a positive, nurturing environment. My kids always feel welcome, supported and excited to go, which says everything about the culture they've built. The activities are thoughtful and fun and the comms with families is always open and friendly. We're so grateful for the fantastic care they provide =)

We joined the St Michael's community this year and were so impressed by the quality of service offered by the Ambrose after school care team! Unfortunately we've had 2 bad experiences at our last school, so we can truly appreciate just how good the Ambrose team are! The food quality is really good, with lots of variety available, and dietary requirements are catered for. There are always activities available for children to do (arts and crafts, yarning circles, sports/games) and the staff really engage with the kids, not just stand to the side and watch. The team is stable with minimal staff turnover and the Ambrose staff take the time to remember all the children's names and their parents.

Very good after and before school care. My daughter enjoys going there and has a great time doing craft, activities and time with friends. Makes it very easy to drop off and pick up. Often she wants to stay longer in the afternoon and I have to wait for her to want to come home. Also they run a very good holiday program with lots of great activities and excursions. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Facilities are clean and tidy.

Our girls love attending oosh and the experience and ongoing learning is second to none. The initiatives and activities that the team implement are awesome. Our girls always feel safe and comfortable at the facility. Big shout out to Chloe L, Chloe W, Enrike, Thais, Dom and all of the team for making the experience so special for our family.

Super supportive teachers of the kids and parents. Teachers have big hearts for the kids and always investing in better initiatives for learning, relaxation and play. Amazing Management Team. Low staff turnover- good sign.

We’re so grateful for the care and support provided by Ambrose. The educators are attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. They encourage good behaviour, kindness, and inclusivity, making it a positive space for everyone. I really appreciate how conscious they are of children’s individual needs — even doing lunchbox checks and being mindful of allergies. We receive photo updates every day, which gives such peace of mind while we’re at work. The healthy breakfast and snack options are another big plus. Our child absolutely loves going to Ambrose. It’s reassuring to know they’re happy, safe, and thriving in such a nurturing environment. Highly recommend Ambrose to any family looking for exceptional before and after school care.

Ambrose St Micheal’s BH is an amazing facility that has their own fitted out play space. They have lots of resources and you can tell by the artwork in the space that the children are creative and enjoy coming. I especially like their vacation care program as they go to many community outreach centres and are able to teach children the importance of giving back and helping others.
