I’ve never had a worse experience than this. I was looking for a place in which I could get the Cambridge certificate and I was told it was possible to do it in this school. I spent 3 weeks asking if they could make me get in touch with someone in order to take this exam but they just kept telling me that someone from Bondi would contact me. Needless to say that it never happened so I just decided to go to Bondi to speak directly with someone. I literally kept wasting my time waiting for them to give me some attention 😂 it was literally as if they were the ones who had to give me money and not the other way around. I’VE BEEN CHASING THEM to get me to take this exam. After that, when I got it, I went there again (as they apparently do not like answering emails) and asked them the certificate as I needed it for UNIVERSITY. I was told they’d have sent me it around mid-August but in September I had to contact them AGAIN to receive the document (in all this, it was their fault that I couldn't get into university since it was too late). For me this is SHAMEFUL and many people I know have complained about this disorganization and negligence. I took that exam because I kept insisting and stressing them out but other friends told me they never even received a response. CRAZY.

Unfortunately, we couldn't arrange it in June due to a lack of other candidates. However, we communicated with you regularly and successfully scheduled the test for July.<br><br>After completing the test at the end of July, you experienced a delay in receiving your certificate, which typically takes about a month. On September 1st, you contacted us about the certificate, and we promptly replied the following day to confirm your postal address. Once you provided it on September 3rd, we mailed your certificate to Italy on September 4th, free of charge. We also sent you an email with a tracking link and a scan of the certificate.<br><br>We understand that the delay in receiving your certificate was frustrating, but we want to assure you that we acted as quickly as possible and kept you informed throughout the process.<br><br>Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

In 2023, I went to Australia and didn't know English. This was the first school I studied at. I improved my English a lot.❤️ Thank you school

The administration of this college is horrible, they mixed several students of different levels in a single room, now they don't know how to separate or take the exams, he doesn't like that students want to learn more because that means less time and less money for them

I took a Cambridge exam at the International House in Bondi and everything went really well. I needed my results quickly and they did everything to send it as soon as possible! Thank you!

I did ESL teacher training through them and generally staff were great. I had problems with one teacher being very lax which I addressed with the course convenor.

I am completely disappointed, this is a kind of scam to steal money from students who cross the world to improve their English, the school does not have a minimum of respect for the quality of teaching that is delivered when the student is at the advanced level. This school is a joke and the only thing they know how to do well is make excuses!

Very bad experience. Classes have many students, in my class we were 27 and when I bought the course they said me that classes have 10-12 students. The level is very bad and if you are bored in your level and you want to go an up level they don’t mind although you have spent much money in the course and they said you that you have to wait for exams. I have a really bad experience, there are many schools in Sydney much better than IH

All the teachers I studied with were great! I learned a lot with them,like the methodology and it’s the best way to practice english everyday if you life with people who speaks the same language. students from everywhere Welcoming reception, they can always help you out.

After so long without being into a English class, this school surprised me, the teacher I had were amazing and provided a great athmosphere by kepting the students attention at all times! highly recomend it

I found that the general English course is targeted just to teenagers with low motivation. Moreover courses are always ongoing, so there is not a defined start and end. This brings an high turnover of students and teachers which does not help to focus on the course. The school is very keen to promote extra class activity (week end, visit to zoo …) which sounds a bit unprofessional. Bathrooms are quite dirty.
