Such a disappointment! I booked Roller Crew to come out to our OOSH centre. They were due to come out at 4pm, at 2:20pm they emailed to say they couldn’t come. Being an OOSH centre I’m at work getting things ready for the children at that time, not checking emails! Closer to the time I had a feeling in my gut and checked my email and was sad to see that they weren’t coming. I tried to call but no one answered so I replied to the email and said they should have called! It was then arranged that they would come the following week. Well wasn’t i disappointed AGAIN that they didn’t turn up! At 3:15pm Charlie sends me a text and says there’s so much traffic that it was going to take too long to get to us! I booked them a month prior, he knew what area we were in and didn’t accommodate for that. WILL NEVER BOOK THEM AGAIN! Very unprofessional way to conduct themselves. I had a lot of very sad children to deal with.

We are so sorry we couldn't run these two sessions for your kids. Your location in Wakeley brought with it logistic and traffic issues for us to travel to from the Northern Beaches. We should have considered these more when you booked us in and for that we apologise.

Charlie is a great coach. My daughter learnt so much in her roller skating lesson and had so much fun as well.

Having a brilliant time learning to unicycle and rollerblade with Rolling Coaches. Charlie is a super friendly, energetic & competent coach who makes lessons fun and challenging without compromising safety. Highly recommend!

It had been a while since I had done any rollerblading, but Charles made me feel really at ease. He helped me with my technique which meant I gained confidence quickly. He is a patient teacher who makes it fun, whilst also ensuring that it is a safe experience. Highly recommend. Nice dude.
