I would have no hesitation in recommending SBSL. I started my daughter to ensure she has a good foundation in her first year of high school and they are doing just that and more! Her tutor (Renee) is super patience (much needed for a tween) with my daughter but more importantly, they get along really well. The relationship Renee has with my daughter really makes a difference. I have used other tuition centers before and I would never go back. I can see my daughter's confidence grow in her school work with the help of her tutor. Under this stressful pandemic situation we are all in, words cannot express how grateful I am to her tutor and SBSL. They are nothing but understanding and super professional. A big thank you to SBSL - you guys are a true diamond in the rough =)

When my daughter started high school this year we decided to look into tutoring for her. I sent an inquiry to Step by Step Leaning through their website looking for a tutor that could help in Math and English and within the hour Danielle had replied to my email. Anna is our daughter's tutor she is very patient, caring and supportive with her teaching methods and also adaptive as our face to face learning was quickly adjusted to an online format late Term 1 / Term 2 which we were very impressed by as we knew of other tutors that were not continuing their lessons in the Online space and just the other day my daughter said to me that her tutoring lessons had helped her in her English class which I was so pleased to hear. I have no hesitation in recommending Step by Step Learning.

We organised a one-on-one Maths tutoring for my year 6 child through Step by Step Learning. Our tutor was really great, very patient, calm and explaining well, my child enjoyed the classes quite a lot. We would definitely use Step by Step Learning again in future.

I had the pleasure of having Beth tutor my son in English and she did a great job both with assisting him to gain confidence in the subject but also teaching him new skills to improve his work and marks. We highly recommend Step by Step Learning and Beth is particular and will continue to use them whenever my son needs assistance !
