Absolutely delighted with all the support we got from Sue, Danica and Tanya who helped us find a lovely rental in a very sought after neighbourhood in Newcastle. Coming from Dubai we’ve had to overcome all sorts of hurdles from juggling time differences to payment gateways and documentation - but the RSA team hand held us through it all and provided lots of timely advice and tips to make sure we secured our home in time for our arrival! We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Sue and Danica at Relocation Services Australia. Our move to Australia from Ireland with three children and two dogs was very overwhelming, but Sue was so knowledgeable on every aspect from areas to live to schooling. They were amazing ! We stayed in an Airbnb for a month when we arrived and by the time that time was over we had secured our 1st lease in a very hot market :-) Thank you guys so very much for everything! X

Finding an apartment from overseas leading up to a move is a daunting task, but Relocation Services Australia made it super easy. From first contact, we knew we were in good hands. Sue and Danica are lovely humans and super great to work with. They helped us search through listings, select apartments to view, and then toured them for us. They sent narrated video walkthroughs and TONS of photos, so it felt like we were actually there, and answered all of our questions about the area. They submitted our applications and helped us secure a great apartment, all before we landed in Sydney! Highly recommend -- don't hesitate if you need relocation services. Thank you, Sue and Danica!

Relocating to Australia is a massive undertaking, but thanks to Sue and Danica, the entire process was seamless and far less stressful than I ever imagined. In January my family and I landed in Australia from the USA, this was largely due to the help and instructions from RSA (Sue, Danica and Tanya). The process and assistance started nearly a year prior to that. The team was professional, attentive and caring when it came to all our needs. With such a life changing move it could have been frightening but due to the experience and recommendations from RSA the move went seamless and removed a lot of anxiety that could have been developed through the process. RSA was truly a one stop shop for our move, from large things like getting housing, all the way to the smallest needs like what shops to go to when we arrive to get the essentials. A truly professional organization with a family friend atmosphere to drive the best customer service. A huge Thank You to Sue, Danica and Tanya.

Working with Sue and Danica was a very pleasant experience. I had only a couple weeks to finalise a property before moving to Sydney. 4 days after deciding to go with these guys, I had signed the lease for a property I loved. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance with finding a property.
