Amazing childcare with truly wonderful staff. My daughter attended this centre for about six months before we relocated to Melbourne, and she absolutely loved her time there. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and they create a very safe and nurturing environment. As a parent, you really feel at ease leaving your child in their care. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking such great care of my daughter — we will always be grateful.

I had the most wonderful experience completing my diploma placement at My Planet Childcare Centre. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team. The centre has such a warm and positive environment where everyone genuinely cares for each other—and most importantly, for the children. The staff were incredibly cooperative and always willing to lend a hand. Whether it was guidance, advice, or day-to-day support, I never felt alone. The room leaders—Christine, Mac, Amira, and Ling—were truly inspiring. Their leadership, dedication, and teamwork were evident in everything they did. Watching them work taught me so much about what quality childcare looks like. A special thank you to Jinan, who, despite her busy schedule, always made time to answer my questions and guide me patiently. Her support meant a lot to me throughout the placement. Shazreen, the amazing manager, has created a truly special environment where everyone works together with respect and positivity. And Gozde was always a ray of sunshine—her smiling face and kind nature made every day brighter. She helped me a lot during my time there, and I’m truly grateful. Overall, my time at My Planet Childcare was the best part of my diploma journey. I’ve learned so much, grown in confidence, and made beautiful memories. I highly recommend this centre to both families and aspiring educators—it’s a place full of heart, teamwork, and true dedication.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with My Planet Childcare Centre! My daughter has been attending for 5 months now and I’ve seen such positive growth in her confidence, language, and social skills. The educators are warm, nurturing, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing. I love how they keep us updated. The environment is always clean, safe, and full of engaging learning opportunities. I’m especially impressed with how they celebrate diversity and include cultural activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!

Our two beautiful girls have attended My Planet Guildford (our youngest still attends the daycare) and they've loved every minute. Every teacher is extremely attentive and caring to all the students, with always having the kids as their number one priority. The facility provides kids of all ages the best start possible, learning, sharing, playing and so much more. With convenient underground parking and two levels with plenty of area for the kids to play and most importantly have fun. Our kids have continuously tell us about the amazing food (Chef Amy) has made for them and how loving all the teachers and staff are. Would highly recommend My Planet to all young families within the Guildford and surrounding suburbs. Thanks TB

My Planet Childcare Centre has been doing incredibly great job in taking care of kids, their safety, exposure and development. My daughter who started as a toddler is now in Preschool and is enjoying her time coming here to everyday. We feel safe and comfortable dealing with the educators and lately, the centre hosted a heartfelt Mother’s Day event for all the mothers which is a testament that they care for kids and families!

I’ve been with My Planet Child Care since 2020, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my daughters. Both of them have attended the center, and one is still currently enrolled. Over the years, the staff has consistently been supportive, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the children. The educators — Ling, Naz, Amira, Dounia, Thi & all the other teachers from both upstairs and down are absolutely amazing. They treat the kids like their own, and it really shows in the way the children are nurtured and encouraged to grow. The office staff is just as wonderful — always friendly, organized, and ready to help with anything. It’s such a peace of mind knowing my child is in a warm, safe, and stimulating environment. I’ve watched my daughters grow and thrive thanks to the loving care and education they’ve received here. I highly recommend My Planet Child Care to any family looking for a trustworthy and nurturing place for their little ones!

I believe that the owner and team leaders genuinely strive to provide excellent service. They have demonstrated good strategies and patience in dealing with my child, who has behavioural challenges. However, I did notice a slight delay in their response to feedback, which can present challenges for parents who are busy. This includes concerns regarding snack choices, food intolerance (not allergy), and social inclusiveness. Furthermore, at times, there have been communication barriers due to differences in cultural backgrounds.

The Educators at My Planet Childcare are warm, caring, and passionate about providing the best care and educational outcomes for all their children. They are knowledgeable and understand childhood development. They work closely with and support their families. I have been servicing children with speech and language delays as a speech pathologist at My Plant Childcare over the past year. The educators work collaboratively with external allied health professionals to implement shared strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes for additional needs children to ensure they achieve their speech and language goals so they can thrive within the educational setting.

My children have been attending My Planet Childcare since 2014 and I highly recommend this place. The staff are nuturing, caring and professional. They always greet you with a smile and I especially love how each child is acknowledge in the morning. My kids are loved and cared for and security is top notch. The centre is clean with plenty of toys, activities and pets (Guinea pigs) to explore, play and learn. My son (4yrs) loves the mini excursions and events especially dress-up. Some of my daughter's (8yrs) friends were made through this childcare. The pre-school program is really great and my son's numeracy, literacy and communication has improved incredibly. My favourite memory of my son learning is holding his pencil correctly and he stated the technique used is " crocodile snap" All activities, food, naps, change time, reports, photos and correspondence are recorded daily through the app "EarlyWorks" for ease of mind and I love being able to see my kid's routine and learnings. My kids have enjoy their time greatly at My Planet Childcare. So, thank you to all the teachers for thier commitment, patience, hardwork and effort over the years.
