I have been working with this company for years, good staff, lots of investment in improvements. My son recently completed their cabling course and is about to sign up for an apprenticeship, he loved the courses.

DO NOT GET YOUR TRAINING FROM HERE. OTHER OPTIONS ARE CHEAPER AND SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER QUALITY. Terrible, inadequate learning resources. The tests will mark you wrong for correct answers, because for some reason they felt it appropriate to use a simple text field as the way to answer a question where only a single string is the correct answer. E.g. you will be marked wrong if you were to write "Injury & Accidents" instead of "Accidents & Injury" or "Injury/Accidents". Whoever made these materials is either incompetent or does not care at all about making a functional test. Learning resources were also riddled with spelling mistakes and clearly stolen assets. Pretty disgustingly low bar they've set, and they are one of the most explensive at $800. Do not go to these guys. I managed to get a refund and went to JB hunter instead. They have competent and professional learning resources and it costs less than these guys. I cannot believe they had the balls to charge me $800 for a couple powerpoints riddled with spelling mistakes. I should have turned around as soon as I saw them open every single learning resource with a picture of Boss Baby...

Utterly disgusting service. After our second phone call, Cam Doona (yes, the same gentleman who rated his own company on Google. Sad.) set the bar so low it touched ground, however, he managed to bring a shovel the occasion. He is such a disappointment that when his name is brought up in conversation, his own parents change the subject. Normally, I would advocate for one to take on constructive feedback to improve in the future, however I don't believe anyone has the time nor crayons to convey the message to Cam in a medium he'd understand.

Online training assessment are terrible. I had to do my assessment over and over again because my progress did not save. Very frustrating as I have spent hours to do it. Pretty much the only I am complaining about.

This company tried to trick students into doing a 6 year electrical apprenticeship instead of a 4 apprenticeship just so they could make more money off students. Don't trust this company Owner said he'd take legal action for slander if I don't remove the review
