The service provided at this tertiary education establishment doesn't really make sense. You pay exorbitant price for a degree for a career that earns you peanuts. You'll never be able to pay the degree off. And the degree is not required to get a job in a hotel.

I have certainly Enjoyed my time Studying with Hotel School Sydney, and look forward to returning this year 2024 and as an Aboriginal Student, i am proud to Study a Bachelors Degree here. The staff have been warm, welcoming, friendly, supportive and helpful. I have absolutely no regrets. It is certainly sad to hear or read negative reviews and I Absolutely Do reccommend HSS to others. I look forward to my Graduation and further Continuing to study with Hotel School Sydney for a Masters Degree. As an Aboriginal i have sadly experienced racism, and discrimination from Tafe nsw However hss is quiet the opposit from any Prejudicism they also offer fee help support and payment plans for students struggling so i personally do think that those negative reviews were unnecessary. I Look forward to seeing where my Degrees will take me in the Global Hotel Industry. THANK YOU HOTEL SCHOOL and SOUTHERN CROSS UNIVERSITY. 😊

I used to studied here and luckily i changed to William Angliss which is much more worthier for hospo career. although staffs are nice but some WIL coordinators are quite rude. Crazily expensive tuition fee comparing with limited facilities. Quantity of knowledge is not worth to the money you have to pay here. You will study same things in different units which just makes you pay extra $$$

Not a good school. Don’t go if you value the quality of your education. Severely lacking in student support services. Some lecturers were really great but not enough to compensate the lack of care from management for student wellbeing.
