Today I booked an aromatherapy massage and the Indian head massage. This service was equivalent to a full priced salon. My beauty therapist was Phoenix who from the start to finish made me feel relaxed and welcome. She has a calming demeanour and beautiful interpersonal skills. The treatment was attentive, better than some full priced massages. I recommend this service.

I came to Demi for a full body massage, Indian head massage and a reflexology foot massage. It was a very relaxing experience. I was treated extremely well and made to feel very comfortable by Beauty Therapist Lauree. I highly recommend anyone to book in for some treatments, you won’t be disappointed.

Booked in last minute for a lash lift and tint. The staff were very accomodating in booking me that day. Kayla was lovely did a fantastic job! She talked me through the process and was very professional. I’ll be going back to see her again and would recommend!

I had Shraddha for 1/4 head foils, she was wonderful and I had the best blow out ever ^⁠_⁠^. I said I wanted contrast in my hair and she got my hair to be pretty light without frying it completely. Also got some really nice layers in my hair 💞

I've always had a huge passion for nails, and Demi really provided another pathway for me to continue my education, but in something I was actually interested in learning. Enrolling in my Cert 3 with Demi was very easy, and I was able to get started right away. It was a very welcoming experience from start to end. Through my online class, I have met other people with the same interests and passions as myself. It was truly a positive learning environment; being able to connect and make a community while continuing education made it that much more enjoyable. I had Nic as my instructor, and she is a great teacher; you can tell she knows all things nails from the first time you meet her. The class was always well organised and walked through. 10/10 would do again!

Nicole is an absolute superstar teacher, she is very talented and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help you out and is always understanding. I started with no knowledge at all and now 6 months on i am taking clients. 100% recommend! Thank you so much Nic!

Pia was my hairdresser today and she was wonderful. A beautiful cut, blow dry and curl. A relaxing shampoo session. Friendly, quiet concentration which is perfect for me. Rachel was super accommodating with a scheduling mix up too, and seems like an excellent teacher. Thanks ladies! I feel fab! 🫶🏻

Ayden did an amazing job of my cut and shave today. He continually checked in with me before moving to the next step asking for feedback to make sure I was satisfied. He was very professional and made it great experience. It is also clear to see that he is very meticulous with his equipment to make sure it’s clean and organised as he goes keeping his station tidy. You have been warned! This company is all about bums on seats for $ and therefore their Cert III in Hairdressing training is dismal. IMO you will end up qualified but unskilled. If you try to leave, they will keep coming for more money and they won't pass you on modules which you have done. After 7 months and $6,000.00+ (it was 13.5K for the entire 18 month Cert III course) I was passed on just 4 of the 28 required modules. I was there for 7 months and in that time the dishwasher never worked, there was also no dishwashing liquid so nothing was ever washed up properly just rinsed, so the cups given to clients were basically petrie dishes. The salon towels were washed on a 15-minute cold cycle (not the 60°C hot wash which I believe is required for hygiene). In addition I never once seen the benches, chairs and basins wiped down with disinfectant, nor any combs, clips etc. sanitized. I don't know how they get away with this. I've spoken with other past students from another Demi branch who left for similar reasons about class sizes affecting training—which makes me wonder if it's a wider issue across locations. My advice to potential students AND clients alike, is to AVOID THIS COMPANY! You have been warned.
