I am having an absolute horrible time with them with my enrolment for an upcoming course starting on the 11/10/23 . Even though I"ve sent in all the required funding eligibility documents on the 10/09/23 , the admin staff keep sending me repetitive Tentative enrolment -emails requesting these same required documents all over again . When i rang them (4 times already ) they keep acknowledging that Yes, they can see on their system that all my required documents are in already but keep raising stupid questions like they don't have any idea why am i getting these emails for documents !! yet , when I requested for a confirmation they rudely tell me they cannot send me an enrolment confirmation until they receive a payment from me as soon as possible ! Their interaction with me has been very condescending !! The course is starting in just about 20 days from today and Strategix Training is holding me to ransom just for a mere $40 contribution payment !! OMG !! Is this what Strategix Training has become of over the years ??"And to Rebecca Fisher , please learn to word your emails appropriately before sending them my way . I seriously urge Stategix to train you first with your wording skills !!

Strategix was great. I went in for Certificate 3 in Food Processing and at first while I was only doing it to make my employment agency. I really grew to enjoy my time a lot thanks to the people I meet in the class & the teachers I had.

I have done 2 certificates with Strategic, Hospitality and Age Care and both been successful. The trainers are awesome, teaching and training was awesome, wanting to do another certificate with them in early childhood education recommend training with Strategic they are legit and the best wouldn't go anywhere else You guys rock👍👍💯😊

This place is absolutley life-saving! This training place is satisfactory and only takes 17 mins from my house to go there.
