highly recommended, teaches you the correct procedures and updated specs by law and the correct ways of operating the right way, I had MR RODNEY JON WOODFORD as my assessor and trainer, his very strict when it comes to the safety of others and yourself and that's what you need a trainer that's passionate about their job. very professional and very reliable. 5 stars

Assessor was not helpful. Everyone that attended that day, FAILED. Very high success rate like it states from its website. I since got my ticket from another provider which was much more helpful.

Worksafe training is a great facility. I really appreciated the team training me to get my ticket. They were really thorough which was good as I had never been on a forklift before. Thanks Rodney and Michael

Rodney is an extremely gifted, wise and experienced forklift trainer. He’s direct, for sure, but clear, and most importantly he explains why the procedure is correct. Don’t be late, listen, pay attention, do what he says, and you’ll be successful. 5 stars and I’d like to give him 10 stars. I would like to mention Belinda who was kind, got me booked in, arranged everything and I was quickly placed on the course without any fuss or long delays. This business is 5 stars out of 5 for people skills, organisation, kindness, communication and training ability.

A+ for the training Michael was very thorough , excellent experience all round , and our assessor was fantastic thanks for helping me pass I was so nervous when I started and they calmed my nerves very quickly 😀

I contacted Micheal for training he was very prompt on responses and explained everything clearly. I enrolled and was sent the pre enrol email with excellent clear instructions. Micheals videos were very informative and clear in explaining work place safety. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with professional but inviting manner. My nerves settled very quickly I felt comfortable. The trainer was very happy to answer all my questions and I felt like no question was a silly one. They did everything to have us prepared for the final assessment allowing us to practice in the F/Lift as much as we needed to feel confident under supervision and was explained on what I needed to work on. There was alot of theory which made me feel more confident on my assessment day. Rodney was exceptional on the assessment day. If I had a question he would be there too asist for the best outcome. If you were nervous he'd explain the procedure and instructed with very simple and clear instructions to ensure I passed which helped settle that anxious nerves. I was extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish I highly recommend this place could not be happier. Thank you!

Very happy with the whole experience. Rodney the trainer was very thorough and prepared me well for assessment. This course is part online, part face to face training but if you are prepared and ensure to revise before the assessment you won't have a problem. Highly recommend.

I done a licence through this joke back in 2017 .The licence was canceled in 2018 because the trainer didn’t cross the T,s or dot the i,s . I’m now out $ 400 dollars and a forklift ticket because of some one else,s incompetence. Only found out when went to renew it 2022 been driving around for the last few years would not recommend.

Very dodgy place they told me to go home and do a bunch of work sheets which I did to progress to the test then when I went in the next day and handed them in he told me I didn't hand them in and wanted me to come back next and pay the fee all over again. I since when somewhere else and got my ticket AVOID THIS PLACE
