My Child’s basic knowledge and skills regressed while being at this daycare. She was fully toilet trained before joining this daycare, only to have days in a row with her pants wet. They don’t help change my kids clothing when she’s urinated in her clothes. They’ve even noticed her wet herself and still hadn’t changed her. This had happened multiple days in a row. They don’t do any incidents reports for the child’s health and safety, and have not shown any genuine care for my child.
