Lee-Anne is brilliant. She's been working with a family member of ours for around 6 years. I especially appreciate her knack for promoting challenge and advancement without pushing too far. Very positive. Very hardworking, knowledgeable and committed to meaningful outcomes. A rare gem in the industry. Highly recommend.

I am the Guardian of a relative who has been a client of LG Speech for some considerable time. LG Speech has changed his life completely. Now has a quality of life. Practitioner is one of the most professional and courteous people that I have ever dealt with in the Allied Health field. Tops in her field as recognised by my relative's senior psychologist.

Went in and opened the door. I was greeted with a yelling lady. I asked is this the front door? She yelled, the door for what!? Screwed up face, super angry. I said well I guess this isn’t the place for us. Thanks for showing me your true colours before we spent thousands
Owner's response
From our perspective (and you weren’t to know) the very loud, unexpected entrance through the No entry door and subsequent insults triggered a startle seizure which was very stressful for everyone. On the positive side the client was able to recover and self advocate on his AAC device and design a new sign for the no entry door to hopefully prevent unexpected walk ins happening again.. Through the entry door is an apology we can’t take new patients and suggestions of where to find an alternative speech pathologist.
