I had a great experience studying here for my diploma. The support I received from the whole team was amazing—from Leah and Rebecca, to my educator Mat, and even the admin staff. Everyone was very approachable, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping students (particularly during the practical aspects). I would highly recommend anyone to study here!

Studying in Diploma of Community service is not just about studying theory; it’s either practical, hands on and deeply human work. I’m so glad that I’ve got all these knowledge from this School ETEA. I am beyond thankful to our educator “ Nissa” I’ve learned a lot in this course that I will bring for the rest of my life. And to all the faculty staff you’ve done an amazing job. Thankyou y’all 🥳. I am highly recommend you to study in this school

I am currently undertaking my Diploma in Community Services and I feel more than happy with everything related to the program. I would like to highlight Professor Nissa, an excellent educator whose passion for what she does is truly evident. Her classes are dynamic, practical, and engaging. In addition, she is always willing to support her students, showing great dedication and commitment. I can confidently say that she is an impeccable teacher in every sense of the word and in every aspect of her work. Furthermore, I believe the content of the program is very well designed, as it covers a wide range of useful topics that effectively prepare us to work in a real professional environment.

The Certificate 3 in Aged care and disability support at ETEA was a dream come true. I was working in a different industry and managed to balance my studies while working full time. The ETEA team were very understanding when life was getting complicated and assisted when and where possible to complete my studies. I would recommend ETEA for new and further studies.

I recently completed my Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention at ETEA & I’m truly grateful for the experience. The trainers were knowledgeable supportive & genuinely committed to helping students succeed. The course content was clear practical & well structured which helped me feel confident & ready for real-world work in the community sector What I appreciated most was the flexibility and guidance offered throughout the course — especially for students like me who were also working while studying. The support team was always quick to respond & the learning platform was easy to use. Thanks to ETEA I now feel well prepared for my career & have already started working in a relevant role. I highly recommend ETEA to anyone looking for quality vocational training in a caring & professional environment Thank you, ETEA, for being such a big part of my journey!

I recently completed a Cert 4 Child, Youth and Family Intervention through ETEA. I was extremely impressed with the Delivery and Support of the staff, the training provided face to face and via skype, and the extra support to students especially myself who required some assistance with role plays etc. I did not feel overwhelmed and I found their platforms really easy to navigate. Highly recommend a course through these guys :)

Owner's response

Thank you for the kind words Chelsea, you are welcome back anytime, best of luck in the sector!

My experience completing a certificate course through ETEA was very positive. I found the course content to be relevant, comprehensive, and well-structured. The feedback provided by the lecturers on assessments was insightful and helpful. ETEA offered strong support throughout the course, including a study plan that was tailored to accommodate my personal commitments. I would highly recommend ETEA to both full-time students and working professionals.

Owner's response

I enjoyed this study and it's challenges. I felt supported through the administration team and their quick responses to any requests. I did struggle with the multiple systems usage required, particularly not being that tech savvy however I believe that this has been addressed in some capacity. I definitely plan to undertake further study through the ETEA but after I give myself a mental break from having such a huge workload between the study requirements and a heavy workload within the workplace.

Owner's response

Thank you for your kind feedback, Sharon! Yes, we're moving all new enrolments onto one platform for exactly this reason — to make the process smoother and more accessible. Wishing you all the best in the sector. You're always welcome back anytime!
