very disappointed with my experience at this institute. The organization and internal communication are extremely poor, which makes even simple processes unnecessarily stressful for students. Student support is particularly frustrating. Concerns and complaints are not handled with care or professionalism. The staff member responsible for student support often appears to rush through interactions, trying to end calls quickly without fully listening or understanding the student’s situation. This leaves students feeling unheard, unsupported, and more stressed than before seeking help. Overall, the environment feels disorganized, and students are frequently required to follow up multiple times just to have basic issues addressed. This creates an avoidable level of pressure and frustration during what should be a supportive learning experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this institution to anyone considering studying here.

I’m enrolled to start an English course at Salford College of Hospitality, Construction and Trades, and even though I haven’t started classes yet, they’ve already made a good impression. The enrolment process was surprisingly smooth, and whenever I had questions, someone actually replied and helped instead of sending me in circles. Special shout-out to Iñigo Aman – he’s been super helpful, patient, and friendly, which really calmed my nerves about studying again. If the classes are anything like the support I’ve had so far, I’m feeling pretty confident I picked the right place.
Owner's response
Hi Yanni,<br>Absolutely! We’re truly excited to welcome you, and we hope you enjoy the experience of studying again.

As an upcoming student of Salford College, I would like to share my appreciation for the outstanding support I’ve received even before officially starting my studies. I especially want to commend Mr. Iñigo for being incredibly hands-on and accommodating throughout the entire process. He consistently goes the extra mile to assist students like me, even outside of regular office hours. Most of our conversations happened late at night, yet he never hesitated to provide guidance, answer questions, and make sure everything was clear. His dedication and commitment truly made me feel valued and supported. I'm genuinely thankful to be starting my journey with Salford College, knowing that there are people like Mr. Iñigo who are passionate about helping students succeed from day one.

The staff here are amazing. Cain an Matt Pritchard were my trainers an Kelly, (Cain's wife) also works/teaches/trains students among a lot of other dedicated caring employees. Since starting here I've gained employment that I really enjoy an am now furthering my skills and exploring learning things I wouldn't have otherwise. If hospitality is what your interested in then contact Salford college, they're all very experienced an knowledgeable, my trainer an his wife owned their own cafe now they're passing knowledge down, lovely place, great learning tools at your hands an outside external help anytime. Can't say enough about this place besides it's the only place I've met so many people that are so kind helpful an WILL get you into work if you want it! Thanks Salford- you guys are the best.
