I have used First Aid Oz to complete my first aid and cpr requirements for the past 3 years. I continually find this website and course very easy to follow and well structured. The content is clear, practical, and straightforward. Responsiveness to emails are prompt and helpful. A very efficient and user-friendly experience. Highly recommend.

Needed to book a cpr refresher course , booked through first aid oz , emailed the next day to query the Perth classes and was told it was only on the east coast , asked for a cancellation as needed a face to face workshop with the online refresher course , and it’s been crickets for over a month with no response Pretty disappointing . Have lodged a claim with consumer protection to obtain refund .

I had a really great experience with this company. They weren't very expensive compared to companies in Perth offering online CPR courses. The sign up process was quick and efficient. The course materials were easy to understand and follow. The service from Michael was lovely and efficient. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I completed the 100% Online CPR refresher course here and it was beautifully straight forward with clear and concise instructions regarding the written and practical assignment. It was affordable and quick and easy while still remaining informative. I’ll be continuing to get my refresher courses done here.
