I recently completed my Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support with Angel Institute, and I’m really grateful for the experience. Balancing study, placement, and family life wasn’t always easy, but the trainers and staff were supportive and approachable whenever I needed help. They were patient in answering questions and clear about assessment requirements, which made the whole process much less stressful. The course was practical and closely connected to real school environments, and it helped me build confidence during my placement. I feel much more prepared moving forward in the education support field. Thank you to the team at Angel Institute for guiding me through this journey.

Sorry have to say not a very recommended place to study school based education support course. as they do not provide placement schools, you have to find one yourself, it took me a while to find the school. either say" never heard of this institute name before" or " sorry we are not taking students " About the work placement, goes beyond what an ES student can do during placement, an ILP? LOL, even an ES doesn't require to create an ILP , my supervisor and teacher both complained about this is TOO much, and they had student before for placement, but nothing like this, this is crossing the "BORDER" and took a while for them to proof my work about the canvas, on your side it showed, yep, you have submitted your work, but on their end, nah, you still have not submitted on blah blah blah assessment if you want to study, go for Chisholm or Holmesglen or uni, at least people heard the name, they are legit

My wife is studying Certificate IV in School Based Education Support at Angel Institute. While her assessor is good, the work placement assessments are extremely overwhelming. Many of the tasks are more suitable for a teaching degree, not for an Education Support Worker (ESW). My wife and other students from Angel Institute have compared assessments from other colleges offering the same course, and those colleges have much simpler and more relevant placement tasks that actually reflect the ESW role. One school has even stopped accepting Angel Institute students for placement because the institute gives unnecessary and unrealistic workplace tasks, which put extra pressure on supervising teachers. Another school principal has also raised a complaint about this issue. The main challenges are: Limited support from teachers and supervisors who find these tasks excessive and outside the ESW scope. Being asked to do teachers’ duties, such as preparing lesson plans and resources for students, which are not part of the ESW role. I strongly recommend choosing another college that provides fair and realistic workplace assessments aligned with what Education Support Workers actually do.

I have been attending online class for the following: Certificate IV in School Based Education Support Batch No.35 Instructor: Saman Fatima. It was my first experience attending a class online, but our trainer kept us engaged in such a way that I always felt sitting in a classroom. The way, our trainer MS. Saman Fatima moved through the course all the way, was so professional that we never felt left behind. She used every possible tool to transfer the knowledge she is good at. So, I would highly recommend joining Angel Institute of Education particularly for above course. Thanks MS Saman and Angel Institute.

I found it challenging to arrange a placement on my own, and the documentation process for sign-up required multiple follow-ups and communications. Streamlining this process and offering more assistance in finding placements would make the experience even better.
