Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! Our boys have been attending First Early Learning Frankston for just over two years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we’ve had. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond—always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of our children. The centre itself is consistently clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up, with engaging spaces that our boys love. We’re also impressed by the regular community events that make us feel truly connected. The overall atmosphere is so positive and warm—it’s easy to see how much care and passion goes into everything they do. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a nurturing and inspiring environment. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of the First Early Learning Frankston family!

Our daughter absolutely loves going to First Early Learning, and as parents, we couldn't be happier! The educators are warm, nurturing, and incredibly dedicated – it's clear they genuinely care about the kids. We’re especially impressed with the creative activities they plan every day, keeping the children engaged, learning, and having fun. The centre staff as a whole are fantastic – always friendly, professional, and approachable. It’s also worth mentioning that the centre has gone through a lot of positive changes recently and has really improved. You can feel the difference in the energy and the care that goes into everything they do. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive and inspiring environment for their little one!

My daughter has recently moved up to the Willow Room and absolutely loves it. She's always so happy to head off to care in the mornings, and I get the most enthusiastic debriefs each afternoon about all the fun she's had and what she’s learned. The centre is incredibly well run – everything feels calm, organised, and genuinely nurturing. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of care and connection. Compared to the other centres my older son attended, this one feels especially peaceful and balanced. We’re so happy to be part of this beautiful community!

Our toddler attends FiRST at Frankston South and loves it. The communication is great, staff are warm and friendly, and the spaces are exciting. We started in the nursery and it was daunting at first but we quickly learned the educators are incredible, they were flexible with naps and right on to allergies. I always feel happy knowing I’m leaving my little one in the best of care!

We joined First this year and we have been so happy with the care of our two year old. She is so well looked after and genuinely nurtured by the staff she comes home happy, looking clean and tells us all about her happy days!

My sons have been going to First Early Learning for the past few months and love it! My eldest has loved going to bush kinder and swimming lessons and has made some strong connections in such a short time. All the staff are lovely and really care about our kids and their wellbeing. I am so happy we found this centre 🩷

We recently moved my daughter to this centre from another local centre and it has been the best decision. The women in her room are so warm and welcoming. They have made such an effort to get to know her and what she likes. My daughter is always hesitant in the mornings but is greeted with cuddles, it's obvious that she is genuinely cared for. She comes home telling me that she played with friends and ate yummy food. Absolutely can not fault First Early Learning.

My son has attended first early learning for 2 years now, we have had such an incredible experience! The staff are so loving, caring and keep our family reassured with updates and photos throughout the day. My son loves going and feels right at home there! I would highly recommend first for the incredible learning, fun activities and creative play they provide to my son. Thank you so much first! Looking forward to many more years under your care :)

Such an amazing Daycare/Kinder program! Over the past 11 years my 4 children have attended numerous daycares and not one has measured up to First Early Learning (Frankston South) The team are lovely and my daughters have always been happy to go and come home, never any tears. They are quick to call if anything is wrong and give a detailed description on how my daughters days where. They know everyone by name and make a note to include you with your children’s days by sharing photos daily and stories on how they played and what they got up. Spacious and clean rooms with so many options for my daughters to play and learn! They never want to leave. swimming lessons, meals provided by Jules who makes sure the children are eating balanced and delicious meals each day plus park walks, incursions and just lots of learning and play. Such supportive and caring educators and staff working there. They feel like family after two years of my daughter’s attending. I wouldn’t dream to send my kids anywhere else. Thank you First Early Learning team for giving my daughters the best start in life.

Handsdown has to be the Best Childcare/Kindergarten centre In the south-east suburbs of Melbourne. The staff are very passionate bubbly happy friendly positive outgoing encouraging understanding assertive amazing bunch of educators any parent could ever ask for, they have been so helpful and so great with both of our children to help them grow and develop to be read to start primary school. We more than highly recommended sending your child/children to Frankston first early learning centre you definitely won’t be disappointed. They really do deserve to have an award for being the best childcare/kindergarten in Melbourne.
