Terrible attitude to customers we didn't get what we paid for and there was NO accountability from this org. I would not use them again and would suggest looking around at other professional services for your Hens day out!! It's a pity I have to give 1 star BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE ANY !!

Hi Barb,
We are sorry you feel this way about your experience. We would like to clarify a few points for other readers to understand.

Barb booked a life drawing hens party class with us and attended the full class. We received an email afterwards saying everyone was lovely and the exercises were fun but the model was not the type of model that she wanted, requesting a full refund.

At Laneway Learning, we don’t make guarantees regarding physical attributes of the models we use for clients to select. We are an educational charity above all.

We stand by our commitment to inclusion and equality for all and hope that our community of teachers, volunteers and attendees continue to enjoy the inclusive and welcoming environment we aim to create.

Highly recommended! I've done quite a few different classes through Laneway Learning and always thought they were great! For fun, I did a 'how to light your house', for personal growth I did a 'plan you life' kind of session, and most recently (to keep my brain busy during COVID) I did a 'creative writing for beginners' live video class. I encourage anyone who wants to try something new to give Laneway Learning a go - it's such an affordable and non-intimidating way to learn stuff from people that know what they're talking about! Thanks LL team, loving your work :)

Laneway Learning (Melbourne) has adapted so well to the Covid-19 crisis given they are a not-for-profit organisation relying on volunteers to run. They are offering a vast array of online courses at such a reduced price so that we can all participate and not feel so isolated. Most recently, I attended Marloes' Mindful Doodling - Matrixes ONLINE class. I could have kept trying new Matrixes' with Marloes for hours and hours. Marloes was so very generous in her teaching and sharing of her vast knowledge, skills and techniques. I had seen Marloes' work on her Instagram page prior and had experimented with basic zentangle patterns in the past but Marloes brought so much more to the class. Marloes is so full of energy and very passionate about art and it is truly contagious. I can't recommend or thank her highly enough and will definitely sign up to do more classes with her!

This is a tiny little classroom hidden away from the busy main streets but the team and Laneway Learning have some fun and reasonably priced classes! Great for fun after work with mates
