My first class tonight was awesome! Ross is a fantastic, patient instructor who is great at explaining things so that I could understand at my basic level. I'm looking forward to the next class! Many thanks to Anne-Marie who helped me through also. You are all very friendly, welcoming and patient!

For the past 5 years I’ve been training at Direct Contact Krav Maga. My instructors Aaron and JB have gone above and beyond to teach me real & practical self defence. I highly recommend this school to anybody who wishes to feel more confident in their every day life💪🏼

From my first (free!) class, I was hooked. Aaron and John are patient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled instructors. I'm now in the best shape of my life, and feel safe in any situation.
