My 2 daughters (3 and 4 year old) have been attending Sonas Baldivis North for almost a year now and I could not thank them enough for their warm welcomes, kindness, gentleness and all round positive attitudes. My eldest daughter has cerebral palsy and the way they nurture her and take care of her honestly warms my heart. The centre manager nikki is the highlight of everyday they love her so much and from day one she has always been nurturing and shows so much passion for childcare. Baldivis North really is amazing and I can not recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience has been at Sonas North since my son started attending in December 2023. Right from the beginning, the Centre Director impressed us with their transparency regarding upcoming changes, which we found both refreshing and deeply appreciated. The staff and educators at Sonas North have consistently demonstrated kindness and understanding towards my child, who has a disability. They have shown a remarkable commitment to accommodating his unique needs, providing ongoing support such as occupational therapy to ensure that his NDIS plan is fully utilized and effective. Despite a minor staff change during our time there, my child has thrived in the mixed-aged group setting and has thoroughly enjoyed the diverse learning experiences offered at Sonas North. This environment has truly become a second family to us, offering invaluable support and care that has had a profoundly positive impact on our lives. Participating in Sonas' vacation program has been nothing short of amazing for my daughter! The affordability of the program compared to other vacation services, coupled with the absence of additional or hidden costs, has been a pleasant surprise. For instance, when they took a trip to the zoo, all I paid was the daily charge—no unexpected fees! I've witnessed my daughter blossom during her time at Sonas. She has enthusiastically embraced the various activities and experiences offered, and her genuine enjoyment and eagerness to attend each day speak volumes about how much she has thrived in this environment. Sonas has created a truly enriching and joyful experience for her during her vacation time, making it a standout choice for any parent seeking quality care and exciting activities for their child. In conclusion, Sonas North has not only met but exceeded our expectations, providing a nurturing and supportive environment where our children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. For any family searching for a childcare center that prioritizes educational excellence alongside compassionate care, I wholeheartedly recommend Sonas North.

We have had our son at Sonas North for a few years now and we have always loved it there. The staff have always been so caring and understanding as our son started as a two year old with speech delay and also several allergies that they always go above and beyond to consider and support him. The staff are such a credit to his continued positive development and continued improvement. I would highly recommend this centre for your children :)

I have 4 children at the centre. 2 year old full time and 5yo, 10yo and 11yo who attend before/after school care and vacation care. Educators have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of the children, one who has additional needs, and the children have felt comfortable since they started attending in November 2023.

My son Started at Sonas North in December 2023, Centre director shared a few changes with Staff-Educators, Loved the Honesty. All Educators where kind and understanding to my child due to disability. As an ongoing need such as OT , which they offered on going help to provide and ensure his NDIS plan could be met. There has been a small staff change but my child is striving and has been exposed to mixed aged grouping and learn which he has enjoyed!! Centre has been a massive change for my family especially with minimal support they have become a 2nd Family.

Love the centre, the staff & I highly recommend this centre. My son has been attending this centre for over 2 years & we have had a pleasant experience. Very accommodating for my sons therapists to attend to do his sessions on site. Inclusive of all needs & development xx

The majority of 5 star reviews on here are all from current staff members and management. Not surprising at all really. Basic care at the centre for children has drastically dropped from when my child first started. It is not an inclusive or safe environment for children to be at. Most of the good educators have left for other centres around the area. Hopefully some changes are put in place soon for current and future children/families. Until then, go elsewhere.

Did a few stay and plays to get my son used to the childcare and people. Told them my wife was home to call if needed. When we both went in to collect him after his first day was told by a staff member he had been crying all afternoon. This was said while the staff member was laughing so I assumed it was a joke but as we got closer to the door I heard my son crying and realised she wasn’t joking she just found it funny. He was at the door while the staff were all sat in the corner. He was very overwhelmed and while I tried to calm him down no one even got up or said anything. I asked one of the woman working there how long had he been like this and she couldn’t give me a straight answer. I understand it can be upsetting for children and parents the first time leaving them at daycare but the staff made it very unpleasant. The way the first lady was laughing about how upset my son was really bothered me and the fact we didn’t get a call after the they agreed they would as one of us were just around the corner. I called the next day to pull him out and felt that the response was pretty average. They still charged us for a full week even though he wasn’t attending. Overall very disappointing and put us off childcare completely.

My child has been going to Sonas since Feb, she loves it there. All the girls are lovely, and treat my daughter like family.

I have had two children in the care of the team at Sonas Baldivis North, I cannot recommend the high quality of care the educators provide. If I have any concerns they are listened too and acknowledged accordingly. They make going to work that little easier knowing that my children are at their home away from home. They literally are my village to help raise my children and appreciate everything they do for our family. 😍
