A truly amazing place! My child loves going to her ‘kindy’ and playing with her friends. She gets to choose what she wants to play with and when she wants to play. There’s so many opportunities for her to learn through nature, with a worm farm and compost bin, and growing herbs, vegetables and fruit. Some days she sits under the tree and builds Duplo for an hour and other times she runs around with a cape on pushing around a wheelbarrow full of leaves with her mates. But everyday, she comes home with a smile on her face.

Beyond amazing. The teachers go above and beyond to create diverse learning experiences that best suit the needs and interests of each child with an evidence-based approach. The children are immersed in play-based experiences where they are encouraged to explore and learn. Whether it be splashing in muddy puddles, constructing tunnels in the sand pit, cooking up a storm in the mud kitchen- the learning experiences are so rich and engaging. From a parent perspective, the teachers were so genuine in their care for my children, and subsequently they still regard their year at CVPK as their best ever.

A beautiful pre-kindy, had the pleasure of attending a workshop after hours to view environmental educational concepts within the early years. So nice to see a nature play based outdoor area. Beautiful.

The growth my daughter has shown since attending here with Lisa and Christine in 5 months compared to what she learnt at day care is unbelievable. Lisa is one of those special teachers that I know will only come along every so often throughout her schooling life. I’m so grateful for all she has learnt so far, I Have already put my baby on the waiting list for when his ready! Such a special place.

I cannot speak more highly of the quality of care and education both my children received at Canning Vale Prekindy. They have fantastic communication with parents and a genuine love for teaching and caring for young children. I would highly recommend this pre kindy.

My son attended Prekindy last year. Enrolling him was the best thing that we have ever done. You will never find more passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators than Lisa and Shenette. I look forward to returning next year when my daughter attends.

My two children attended Canning Vale Prekindy and LOVED it! The program is fantastic, the room and the garden are inspiring and most importantly, the teachers are lovely! They go above and beyond to make the Prekindy experience amazing for the children and their families.

The best thing you could do for your 3yo! Two years ago I enrolled my son into this pre-kindy and I am so very glad I did. Lisa and Shenette are passionate, driven and so amazing with the children. They keep up to date with professional development and use current and well founded research to guide their practice. My son loved going to pre-kindy, watching him grow and develop his understanding of the world around him was a delight. As a not-for-profit organization, the prekindy is run by a committee of current year parents. This ensures the pre-kindy puts the needs of the children first and results in a sense of community spirit. I have enrolled my second son in the pre-kindy this year. I am so excited for him and all the fun this year will bring.

My child has just started attending this year and already I am awed by the attention and compassion for the children by the teachers. The teachers have done extensive research into Early Childhood Development and continue to go to seminars and classes to ensure they can provide the children with the very best opportunities to learn. The communication and information made available to the parents is fantastic. There has never been a stronger sense of "learning through play" as what the teachers provide at Canning Vale Prekindy. Do yourself a favor and have a look at their website. One look at their vision statement and you will be just as hooked as I am. I wouldn't trust my children with any other Prekindy. The only negative I can see is there is no Kindy to move onto after this year is finished:(. We love you Canning Vale Prekindy!!

Both my sons attended Canning Vale Prekindy and settled in fast. Lisa and Shenette provide the kids with many varied activities while encouraging them to explore and try new skills. They also give regular updates on the class activities as well as personal feedback on each child.
