Lovely people, very efficient and committed to high standards. I'm studying Community Services, and the team is amazing. The teacher puts a lot of effort into supporting your educational process. I would love it if more options were offered in the sector beyond the Diploma of Community Services. Establishing some coordination with ACWA would be a great additional support for international students, even though I understand this can be complex

Worst institute to go to. - applied for COE and got it within a week and the invoice to pay within couple of hours. - When the time came to withdraw the application, was given the form and we filled and sign it straight away and got approved within couple of days. They would take their usual fees and refund the rest within 14 days which was told by them. - The drama starts here as 14 days goes by and no money was refunded. - called every 2nd day of the week and got told that their account has been sick. 1 month passed and still nothing. - called Perth office and got transferred to Melbourne office, and then spoke to “manager called Marlen* where we explained our situation and concerns regarding our money and boom she hangs up the phone and stops picking up the call. - now we are hoping to get our money back as this has been more than month and yet no answers from anyone. We are circling the phone calls to phone calls and so called Managers hangs up our phone. This is worst institute we have dealt with in the last 2 years in Australia. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS Institue.

Great staff hospitality and professional approach from the content intensive courses to the general courses. Definitely worthy of a recommendation!
