I decided to leave this place after I was physically assaulted by a chef at a patisserie I was assigned to go to, when I brang this up I was forced to pay the rest of my fees and was given no sympathy.

I recently completed my Diploma of Hospitality Management here and had a really positive experience overall. The course covered a great mix of practical skills and industry knowledge, which helped me feel more confident working in real hospitality environments. Most of the trainers were supportive, knowledgeable, and brought real industry experience into the classroom, which made the learning much more engaging and relevant. I especially appreciated the practical activities and real-world scenarios that helped connect theory to what actually happens in the workplace. The course was sometimes intensive, but it really prepared me for the expectations and pace of the hospitality industry. I’ve come away with stronger leadership, communication, and operational skills that I can apply directly in my career. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to build a solid foundation and grow professionally in hospitality.

I had an amazing experience at APSI! The school has a welcoming and supportive environment, and the teachers truly go above and beyond to ensure students succeed. Jacky, Zarah, and Raj are absolutely outstanding educators – their expertise, patience, and dedication make learning so much more enjoyable. I have greatly benefited from studying the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. The course content is practical and directly applicable to the hospitality industry. A special mention goes to my instructor, Deb, who has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. A truly one of a kind experience with the Australian Professional Skills Institute! I recently participated in the StudyPerth Tourism and Hospitality Engagement Program held at The Ritz-Carlton. A huge thank you to Sir Lawrence Gonzales and Chad Tilbury for their outstanding Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) practical training.
