I highly recommend Compass. Our son has been attending for the past 2.5 years, and from the start the centre has had a genuine sense of community that really sets it apart. The staff are lovely and truly care about the children. We’ve experienced other daycares in the area with our eldest son, and Compass has been a much more positive experience for our family. We are so grateful to Karen and her team, they are amazing!

More than a childcare centre, its like a home away from home and a family. Never have we ever experienced such outstanding care and support with our beautiful girls. Our youngest struggled with settling in at first, however with the entire centre going above and beyond to help her out, before we knew it, she had special bonds with the staff and is now one very confident and cheeky girl! We can't thank you all enough for your love, support and care. Thank you Compass, we would truly be lost without you.

Our son has been attending Compass Early Learning for about a year and a half now, and we couldn’t be happier. He is absolutely thriving, both emotionally and in his learning. The growth we’ve seen in his confidence, skills, and happiness has been incredible. The outdoor area is brilliant, and he often comes home covered in sand, dirt, and mud (mid-pit Tuesdays are the best), which is how I know he’s had a wonderful day just being a kid. Hearing him say “I had fun at day care” every single day is the best reassurance a parent could ask for. The team at Compass are exceptionally kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They truly feel like part of our village in raising our little one, and we honestly couldn’t do life without them. We’re so grateful to be part of the Compass community and highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and supportive early learning environment.

I honestly can’t put into words how amazing Compass Early Learning Centre is! When I drop my boys off it honestly feels like I dropping them off with family. The staff are so kind, caring and helpful. I feel they always go above and beyond not only to help my boys but also me. The time and attention they also put into activities for the boys is something I’m so grateful for. They always have so much fun and the relationships they have with the educators is so beautiful to see. The centre itself is clean, calming and the perfect environment for the boys to learn, explore and grow in. I’m just so thankful for all the do for my family and the effort they put in is honestly unmatched.

Both my kids attend Compass for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The educators are absolutely amazing and genuinely care about the children. It's very clear the team are passionate about what they do, and I always know my kids are safe, supported, and happy while in the care of the team at Compass.

The management and staff at Compass have been so supportive of our little three year old as he has transitioned from his old daycare after we moved to the area. They treat him with such respect and acknowledge his feelings, especially when he is a bit unsure in the mornings at drop off. The facilities are amazing and there is so much effort put in to our son's growth and development. I couldn't recommend it more!

Compass Early Learning Centre has been absolutely fantastic for our family. Our daughter, truly loves going there every day, which says everything. She has made wonderful friends, learns something new on a daily basis, and comes home happy and engaged. The educators are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. We also really appreciate that Inaya eats well there, with nutritious meals provided. Knowing she is happy, well cared for, and thriving gives us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend Compass Early Learning more highly.

A Second Home That Truly Cares Compass Early Learning Centre has been an absolute blessing for our family. Our daughter has been attending for almost two years now, and from day one we have felt confident, supported, and genuinely cared for. The educators are exceptional — warm, patient, attentive, and deeply invested in each child’s development. It’s clear they don’t just look after the children, they truly know them. Our daughter has grown so much emotionally, socially, and developmentally during her time here, and she is always excited to go each day — which speaks volumes as a parent. Communication has always been clear and consistent, the environment is safe, nurturing, and engaging, and the learning experiences are thoughtful and age-appropriate. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is not only safe, but loved and encouraged every single day. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Compass team for the care, dedication, and heart they pour into what they do. We couldn’t recommend Compass Early Learning Centre more highly!

I have nothing but praise for this beautiful day care centre. I’ll always remember when I toured 3 centres and the noticeable comfort my daughter displayed when we walked throughout the facility, while the other two she wouldn’t let go of me. It’s instantly warm and welcoming when you walk in. Everyone is friendly and says hello and my daughter settled in so quickly. I love sending her because I know how much fun she has and love watching the beautiful relationships she’s formed with her educators and peers. Best thing we’ve done for her socially and developmentally! Thank you Compass xx

We have been at compass for nearly 2 years now and we love it. The educators provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children, the centre is always keeping families updated with changes, and we love how all the kids play outside together creating great friendships and social interactions amongst children are well developed and harvested! you can definitely feel the love the minute you walk through the door in the mornings! We are so happy we found Compass and are happy to be sending our second there in the coming year! Thank you Compass!
