STOP REMOVING BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE! Very rude and lacking empathy. Tried to tell her I was going through dv and have PTSD that's affecting my ability to study. Didn't care. Just said basically "prove you're studying and we might help you get a computer". I don't want their help or computer. I want to be treated like a person. Oh and dye your hair love, you look like a boring cat lady.... probably not far off

Very Good Staff members, Supportive and fair to all students. Only issue was the equipment / student ratio. Be patient, the instructor will make sure you have a turn. 10/10
Owner's response

This place is such a huge help, helped me produce a resume, motivation for work, it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I highly recommend this experience to anyone else who is in desperate need of a job and/or work experience.
Owner's response

Easy course material wish there was more material they need more machines an overall the trainers are good but some of the people in the classes are terrible alot of people blatantly talking about contraband an illicit substances an hopefully there's drug tests on training site.

I am completing the Employability Skills Training course with Jane McWhirter and I strongly recommended the course from how friendly she is, to how organised the course is. This coursed helped me gain and improve many skills including how to improve my resume, cover letter, interview techniques and how to prepare for my interviews. I recommended this course to anyone looking to increase your competitive edge in finding work. Even during my short time during this course, other class members have had interviews and have found work.
Owner's response
Thank you for your kind words about EST and our Job Coach, Jane!

The course in general was helpful to give me an idea of what certificates workplaces look for and other skills and attributes they want. I also found both my tutors helpful, encouraging and patient. They encouraged us to go out there to the workforce and try our best and not get discourage. The atmosphere in this class felt like a safe space, where you can share your experience in the workplace or otherwise.
Owner's response
Thanks for your feedback Natali!

Very poor training organisation. No real idea how to organise themselves or classes. It's more about making money from the government than helping students. No inclination of helping with credit transfers, overcrowded classes, lack of training aids, lack of training machinery, lack of parking, outdated training modules. Do not do traffic management here it is a real joke! If it wasn't for Brett the trainer the place would be in real trouble.

This is a great place to get skilled up for mines or civil construction. They have great instructors for those that want to be there. Big thanks to Brett for being a great teacher.
Owner's response
